Challenge yourself with the combinations and patterns in this course.

The Original Kali Drills course is a great way to expand upon basic Kali techniques and combinations for beginners or a great way to hone in form, technique and understanding of this dynamic art for more advanced practitioners. We have cognetized some well known Kali drills taught by the world famous Guro Dan Inosanto to provide in-depth teaching points and slow motion analysis, while explaining the nature and progressions of each drill.

The drills have been broken down, explained in depth and modified to ensure they can still challenge you and keep your brain sharp. Access an expanded single stick basics section, a broad Sinawali (repetitive cyclical drills with 2 sticks) section, and some response/sparring drills to increase your cognitive load.
